The Afinia Nail Dust collector can be assembled on a table / table top made of solid wooden board or MDF board with a thickness of at least 18 mm.  For proper installation, an even bottom of the table top is necessary and no elements disturbing the assembly.

Specific assembly instructions is attached to the Afinia Nail Dust collector.

Every day, after finishing work, the filter should be cleaned / removed from dust accumulated during the working day.

We recommend that you replace the filter cassette every 3 months.

The customer has the right to file a complaint in the cases specified in applicable law or in the provided warranty. Complaints may be submitted in any way permitted by the generally applicable law.

Sending the package with the complaint to the online store – the package should contain the damaged product and confirmation of purchase. At the customer’s request, we provide the option of collecting the package with the complaint by courier. To order a courier, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

Right of withdrawal:

 You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.

 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order, before the withdrawal period has expired.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you received your item(s)

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for reducing the value of things resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things.
